Started doing some high knees from yesterday, in the morning. Did 25 reps x 5 sets yesterday (counting every time my left came down as one rep). But today’s 30 reps x 3 sets winded me out. Also threw in some bicep curls with dumbbells in between the high knees today.
I’m returning to exercise after about two and a half years during which time an anti psychotic drug that is also used to treat anxiety and depression had slowly but surely dulled me to everything. I’m into the fourth week now since I stopped it. And I’m just rediscovering exercise.
